Why are people calling PoE P2W with the incoming Challenges?

Well, we will just have to see what a "specific set of 90 unique items" is. Could be things that only take up one spot in the stash, or it could be things made especially for the challenge and maybe some of them stack. Who knows. Without seeing more about what exactly these 90 unique items are, everything is just speculation.

you guys were so busy attacking my post, you completely missed the important stuff.

I have no problem coping with being able to only do 7 out of 8 challenges (6 actually. the "90 uniques" is also RNG-based), and the "Full-clear each non-Map area in any difficulty" is the challenge I wanted all along, as well as "Reach level 60 on each character class (Onslaught only)".

it's just that "Use all currency items (excluding Mirror of Kalandra)" is encouraging RMT instead of stopping it. it's hopelessly luck-based instead of being skill-based, in my opinion.
"get all possible kinds of currency" in 4 months, when I wasn't able to do that in 5.

the bright side of it all, is GGG will know exactly who to perma-ban from the game: the people who have done nothing yet, but have this specific challenge completed.

Who the hell needs this device called a "T-Shirt"? The only thing we non-casual gamers care about is Unique Collector's Items and looking pretty!

No I did not. You are right. But the good thing is, I actually have a brain and I can pretty much guess how much space this will need.

Or maybe you could list me 90 unique ring and amulets? Can you? No you can't.

Just max out your char slots in the league. You need to get 1 of each class anyways, 2 birds 1 stone. (2 challenges, 1 char slot) :P

I guess unique items being made for the challenge couldn't possibly happen either...

Either way, I have more than enough stash space, so I don't really care. I just think it's funny, flipping out over something you only have a fraction of the information about. And maybe you're right, maybe it is 90 uniques that are gonna to take up a lot of space. But then again, no one knows exactly what it entails. Like me, all you can do is speculate. Only, I can speculate outside the box, you have to stay within it.

Just go to a Blizzard game/ EA game/ Neverwinter to see what P2W is.

I like this person's opinion on what constitutes a "pay to win" system.

Yeah, good luck creating infinite free account for infinite number of stash tab to carry infinite unique.

Presumably, you would need to have them all on the SAME account for it to be counted(and possibly all in the stash or on the same character as well, not split between inventories of several different characters). On the other hand, each stash tab is 12x12, while the largest item is 2x3. This means you can fit at least 24 items on each tab or 96 total with 4 tabs. So it IS at least possible to do it without buying any extra tabs, admittedly not leaving much room to spare. But then again most of the items won't be the full 2x3 size either, so that will leave some more room.
