Fever Clan Recruiting!!!

Helena, I have an extremely busy weekend, but I'll see if I can get one of the leaders to potentially look over it again. They may some evidence that I don't have access to...who knows. I'll first have to find out who directly banned her and with what specific reason and if it was hearsay we'll see where it goes from there. You were one of the few people that actually wrote a civil reply so thank you for that and that's why I'm going to try and move this up another level. I have the power to ban members, but not to unban them so I can't have the final say on your request.

Helena, thank you for your respectful and valued opinion. I appreciate you going about this peacefully and I definitely don't see you as a troll. About Kat; that will be up for the officers to decide once they see your post. I'll bring it to their attention.

Thank You both very much. I understand you both likely have busy weekend, and usually my weekend is filled full of sieges, or Crop Events lasting hours long. I try to keep things respectful as I know I am not a member of Fever, but I know they have done their best to protect their community.

--> I Know that most of Kat's friends, and or corp members who hang together are respectful, and mean well, but I do agree they are a bit too demadning, and blackmailing sometimes perhaps they have too high of a male testosterone level, or perhaps its the community they come from in the past. I would not try to make excuse for the behavior of anyone, but I know some of Kat's friends come from games filled full of nothing but Griefers, Griefer Groups, Trolling, and Hacking. Basically its sand-box games like Entropia Universe they played for years and this changes a person attitude by a lot, although I know that Kat, and all her friends were on the good side protecting the innocent they just had to always make very hard decisions about how to go to war so to speak. They did some great things for a lot of the people they knew of even people they never knew. I doubt that many people of Fever have actually played Entropia, Second Life, In-worldz or any of these type of Real Life based games, but Griefing over there costs people Real Money, and I know Kat personally did a lot along with her friends to help a lot of people well until her account was finally hacked but this took over 4 years and was the failure of the company security.

---> I however understand that Fever is a actual gaming community, and in a big community I understand mistakes happen, and that everyone makes a mistake or offend someone once in awhile its how you deal with it which makes a huge difference, and I know Fever as a community has done their best to deal with the issue because I know what they say is True I check over the members list, and I know the trolls are now doing the same trolling in other community. What I am trying to say is that I might not agree with everything, but with any mistakes anyone actually makes comes a way to improve a community, make sure the same mistakes don't happen improve rules and such when needed.

----> I will very much talk with all of Kat's friends if possible I know that Kat has a long siege in Unholy Wars tomorrow so it might not be possible today, but I would like to help get all this drama put behind both parties and get what members who has the Drama folder with snap shots and such to delete it, because with a new beginning there is no need to dwell on the past of such drama but to look forward to a clean future of respectful players and gaming not the drama and disruptions.

Alright, I've asked a leader to try and dig a little deeper and look at the ban. To be clear, I'm doing this because of the members that came in here and respectfully laid out the information and asked for a second look, not because Fever is afraid of a couple trolls that like to harass our members that are looking to expand our community.

Thank You both again, you have already proved that you're community is a respectful community by doing this as I know some who would have done nothing. I understand Fever doesn't care about a couple of trolls, I just wish things could have gone down a lot more peaceful between the involved parties. I know trolls, and Drama can occur out of very simple thing’s, or feelings, I really don't like trolls or disrespectful people but sometimes people can change for good not bad, I really hope that Kat/ Friends and some of these Trolls will change their attitude towards Fever and see them for who they are as mistakes happen

Thanks again you two been great I know you all are in the process of doing review, and that is still very respectful of you/Fever.

He recorded the argument after he was done saying his crap and sent it to the staff. Of course I got in trouble and the staff wouldn't hear anything of my side of the story. Insta-perma-banned. I'm pretty sure that I'm on their blacklist now.

If you want a guild that doesn't really care what you do, what your opinions are, or what happens to you in the long run once you're in....these guys are perfect for you. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend finding a group that puts more effort into the individual member...instead of the masses for overall popularity.

Glad my friend wasn't the only one with problems, I am really very upset about the whole incident because my friend Kat I know her I say she would have never Trolled, or done Harassment on any clans servers, maybe punished for debating some trolls outside of their Server Box which Breaks no rules under Fever Rules listing I have review their rules a lot.

Some of Kat's friends have be talking about ways to resolve this and maybe trying to get it all put behind us a thing of the past, so far they say they have be checking into it we will see what comes of it.

Heck all I know for sure is I was doing some searches on Google, and I found some post made way back about its members being banned from well over a year ago I know nothing about anything related to it other than what is posted here.

So since Fever is checking in with this we are just going to remain chill for awhile and see what they come back to tell us about it I know my Kitty Kat isn't a troll, and I know that some of her friends are a lot more upset about it than some of us I am trying to keep my cool but clan drama things are best taken care of internally by clans.

For example a good way to resolve an internal dispute is to allow a person who has been punished to appeal the punishment so even if they are banned from a forum they still have rights to a certain prison area that is the only forum they can access, and it won't be viewable by Google, and only be viewable to people who can sign-in to the forum therefore its basically a Tribunal so those who get banned even who are guilty can appeal a punishment, or admit their guilt, and proof will be presented there like if (X) person is using an Aim Bot and they confess to it in chat a snapshot will be posted there with proof so everyone in the clan can see it.

I find it a good way to deal with things in our community, but then again I know our members/friends we game with We rarely have any type of disputes at all we are all really close friends.

Dirtnap gaming is a horrible example. A group of their leaders left Fever when they had been demoted for poor behavior as officers in Fever. When they started their own clan, they started to poach our members and have people join our community to keep tabs on what we were doing and go out of their way to troll us. This lasted for a while, but it's since calmed down.


I do find it annoying that someone that was in Fever 3-4 years ago and had a bad experience seems to think that it's a common practice by Fever and that things haven't changed since then.



The leader I forwarded this specific instance to is still looking into the situation. If he doesn't get back to me soon, I'll talk to another one of our leaders, but I sent it to him initially because he's one of the leaders I talk to more often so I wanted him to take the preliminary look at it before discussing it with other leaders.
