Thing is,you dont know till you see.You can Assume based on how much info is given.And even now its quite hazy,but people already jumped to conclusions,just like you did.

You have now though reasons to do higher tiers of maps.And trust me,if before you have incentive not to do higher tier maps,now with the shaper at middle you will see that people will try unstuck from t10's and work their way to shaper.

And even then,even now,people claiming game is easy,cant do core,which is exactly one of my points.

Now give t15-t16 more incentives to do them and people will leave behind the middle tier meta we have now.More so,with the new item bases gated behind certain tilesets,will give even more incentive.

All in all,we cant jump to conclusions without even trying.Reminds me of past leagues failed assumptions.Wait and see

People need to realize how subjective his viewpoint actually is.

The guy probably has a couple of thousand of hours into the game, stating the game is "easy" while leveling and other obvious flaws that accompany such an amount of investment are anything but surprises/shocking.

If anything the fact he will still play it after such an amount is telling of the games success.(even with the grudges he has amassed over time around certain subjects)

I feel retarded for having to state the obvious though.

Not going into detail how a lot of his grudges can still be negated by actual patch notes and other factors we currently know nothing off.(again, this should be obvious for people with half a grain of salt in their nugget)

Anyway, continue the poo slinging it seems to be an active and addicting game for a lot of people.(whatever does he mean by toxic community i wonder)

All in all, not surprised by his opinion when viewed in the correct context and not even an argument for the current game state being bad.(boredom/acquired experience over time =/= bad game)

People get jaded after years of playing and they hope that GGG can reinvigorate their love for the game with some new magic system but it's pretty much an impossible task. It's like people who yearn for vanilla WoW because it was the best game ever but if you gave them vanilla WoW they would turn away in disgust because the game would be so fucking boring by today's standards. You are chasing a feeling that is long dead. Time to move on lads.

GGG is trying to expand it's appeal beyond the core leaving the core to either adapt or be left behind. His viewpoint is understandable.
