100% buff to map drop rate

This encourages lateral exploration of the Atlas" Did i read that right ? 100% map drop rate change seems crazy high . I mean for some folks im sure it's a welcome change but alot of us can sustain maps pretty darn well with the curent system . Are we all just going to be swimming in maps now i wonder. Looking for these new things we use on the atlas will become the new gind like old high end maps ? Maybe there will be a new recipe or sink added to maps. Maybe we'll just end up with being able to sustain high level maps AND get a ton of chisels from low level ones.
@好的男 I'm pretty sure it's 1% per map for each of the 100 maps. They mentioned wanting people to spread out on the atlas and discover it all instead of always running the same ones. Gives an incentive to run everything, even the low tier, bad layout ones. |

uff that would be crazy, in a good way, nobody would have to buy maps anymore, could sustain and go for very high level. I like it.

" "Type" sounds like base type, which would be like Coves, Gorge, Arena, etc. So it sounds to me like this will result in a huge drop chance bonus if you vary things up and hit every base map type at least once. I'm also assuming this is per character. In fact, I'm assuming the entire atlas system will be per character, it just makes sense from a progression standpoint. This is a buff™

A good change IMO. Every season if I'm lucky I'll see a few red maps, with this I might actually be able to sustain them without wasting all my currency trying to roll packsize and quantity.

If maps are going to be dropping much more frequently it would mean people are going to be investing less into each map and could hurt the currency sink and damage the economy.

The thing that i wonder about is that it dose not take long to run through all the maps if you have the gear for it . Or even if you are pushing hard at the start of a ladder .
So if this is basicaly something we get in the first week of playing, then we going to be map rich like crazy. Maps are a HUGE curency sink for players who push into high maps and stay thare to farm the super good gear. If we have a sink removed , and eayser accses to more higher end loot , could be a bomb shell for the ecosystem of PoE . Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time
