You should turn all gems from 6L to 20% quality and level them again. Do you know the recipe for it? No rush. This league is a lot slower than all before. End-game bosses have 2-3x more life and with bad map mods they can kill pretty much anyone. Elder/Shaper fights are the same but they have much more life now.
