you need to configure POB for the build

in POB, go into Configuration

In Left Column:

put a check mark in Do you use Inspiration Charges?
change Is Pendulum of Destruction active? to Elemental Damage
put a check mark in is the enemy Ignited?
set Enemy Fire Resistance to -9


In Right Column:

put a check mark in Is Infusion active?
set the Stance to Sand Stance
set Wave of Convicion Exposure type to Fire


when I loaded your profile:
Average Hit: 58121.9
Cast Rate: 13.30
Total DPS: 773021.8
Ignite DPS: 10988.5


now you have:
Average Hit: 125618.0
Cast Rate: 13.30
Total DPS: 1670719.1
Ignite DPS: 27235.3


remember, is just numbers. is stuff dying before you do? then you are doing ok

level and qual your all your gems on your staff
run POB with Concentrated Effect instead of Increased Area of Effect (like in the full buid POB)
apply the fix for the Kaom's (like in the full build POB)

compare every setting between the full build POB and your's.. I was trying to guide you to do that, including the Is the Enemy a Boss setting

I did all that on your POB and now its:

Average Hit: 170826.7
Cast Rate: 13.30
Total DPS: 2271994.9
Ignite DPS: 22259.1

and that's without spider

I'd get different gloves, the +Armor, +Evasion and the Increased Armor and Evasion don't really help us

the Cold Damage to Attacks on your neck doesn't apply to us, we cast spells, we don't attack

you need to pay close attention to every detail on every item if you want to approach the full build numbers.. which also means spending a lot of currency for very small increments in numbers if that's what you want to focus on

i've finally caught some time to work on this build and i've made a cluster version.
It will be able to push out up to 6 million dps on Shaper and i'm confident it will be able to clear all content no problemooo.
