Support Email Response Delays

yea a little more interaction and info from the staff would be great to quell a bunch of the complaining from the users. something other than the generic 'we'll get to it eventually' cop out and a little more human of a reply.

it's like the knowledge of what's happening behind the scenes is some kind of closely guarded secret.

account is still locked. no idea if support even received my email. maybe by the new year? i wonder how many accounts are actually locked?

just go into the database, unflag em all, done.

Can we get a estimate when customer support we will respond to a email. I've send a email a week ago about unlink my steam account.Ive haven't been able to play POE2 on xbox since I link it to steam.

Support email sent on the 25th, boilerplate reply on the 29th, “escalated to the appropriate team” on the 5th and since then radio silence. I’m not going to lie, GGG, this kind of service is disappointing, even for someone with patience and understanding of your predicament. It really feels like you stumbled at release and still haven’t regained your footing. I hope you do.

Emailed for unlink steam or change my dead email on the Nov 30th, reply on the 30th and answered questions on the 30th, finally got reply on the 16th and told it'll take longer if I can't get my dead email back that I won't be able to. Hopefully that will give people an idea of how long it has been
What a completely clueless company. Deeply regretting spending extra on the supporter pack... won't be happening again.

agree, but I'll cut em' some slack because of the 'beta' nature of all this shit. won't stop me from bitching though unless I'm violating some kind of rule i guess.

Man, it's just so infuriating, there's no words to describe how dissappointed I am, I even bought the game for 2 friends of mine, and when I finally deciced to play it with them, I saw this hellish message of locked account, and after reading all the stuff people post here, it only fills me with disbelief and more hate against GGG, it's BAFFLING that someone who paid for the most expensive pack to support them, not having the RIGHT to play the game, because of some DUMB mistake they made...
