Support Email Response Delays

If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Please be assured that if you're waiting for a response from our Support team, they'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.

The situation has also been exacerbated by technical limitations. Our ticket processing system has been severely overloaded, causing some emails to not be processed correctly, which creates additional delays.



Given the bolded areas... how do we know/how can we confirm you've received our support request and that it didn't process incorrectly? Currently there's no confirmation to the request I sent on December 8th.
can we sue them? they are not even taking actions on this issue. Seems like this is intentional to prevent from overloading the server.

I hope so I have sent an email about not receiving my twitch drops with screenshot proof days ago & I have not gotten a response. I also sent another email asking about the liberators of wraeclast supporter for console which again no response I sent the email days ago.

So i put little work in today to spam their mail support, and every time i asked for help on my locked account they would respond after 13 min with the answer bellow. I got this kind of mail about 5 times.

If you reply to this mail they will ghost you. This shitty response is way better then my first support mail which i send out 8 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. My advice would to refund this game on Steam. Make a case on Steam support why you can't play the game and hurt GGG in their wallets.
