Support Email Response Delays

Post is less about complaining about wait time and more about adding to public information about how long the wait actually seems to be.
Sent support a message 339 hours ago. Just over 2 weeks, written strangely to account for time zone differences. Still no response for me. If you've waited longer, please share. If you've gotten a response after waiting less, please also share! |

No response here since Nov 29, on a ticket opened Nov 22. Still have no access to my mtx in POE2.

4 week wait on my end, regarding an issue with my Liberator of Wraeclast package. Still waiting.

" When the issue is regarding the actual package, you would think that the Liberator of Wraeclast supports would have some priority. I am in the same boat as you. Going on 4 weeks to receive a response/solution. |

I don't mind waiting, I just wanted an account name change since it linked my steam account name to this.
But yeah, 4 weeks is just.. oof. This seems like it's just kind of crazy at this point. I hope that they manage to get around to solving the issue with some expediency, but it sounds like we're looking at upwards to month(s) response time now, which is a far cry from all the reports I had read on their stellar support response timing. |

" Sent mail Dec 7. It is now Dec 22. The original message eventually bounced as un-deliverable. Had to send a new one today because the original e-mail for sure did not get delivered because I got an un-deliverable-after-retrying auto response after several days. No response so far. Hi! I've been waiting since December 10th regarding bug that prevents me from playing Path of Exile 2, and where Contact Support suggests sending them an email.

Played poe2 for 3 days, got kicked from game and access just gone.
No notifications or information about why my access was revoked, no ingame information, no emails, no notification in pathofexile.com, it just says that you don't have access to poe2 and that's it. As someone who hasn't played poe1, I can only comment on the quality of the support I've received for poe2, which is literally none. I have tried everything I could, different médias, and support simply has been ignoring everything I sent for 2 weeks of which I can't access the game.
So yeah, while I can understand the overload, not having a solution for 2 weeks on something you spent money on is borderline disrespectful. |

Kinda upset put my request in on december 9th just heard from them the 19th responded and havent heard anything stil. I answered every question and i know for a fact i qualified for free early access but since for some reason idk if its cause of steam but i have recieved no keys via steam, gmal, or the official site. :/ hope yall get things worked out POE is dope and i cant wait to get to stream poe2.
