" I wanted account name change like you and one request regarding mtx - tomorrow will pass 14 days without response and i still have no clue if original mail even got delivered. If they messaged me about ANYTHING i would at least know that its being processed. I didnt get any bounced back mail notification but still. One guy on discord told me that he got response but on his old mail lol, I still have access to my old email that was connected to POE account so im regularly checking if theres response on both of them.. |

Very hard for me to believe that you're doing it in a first come first served basis. I sent an email to support over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing back, while people that have sent their requests recently have already had their issues resolved.

1 week soon without answer from the support and a lot of people cant play anymore to the game

No news from December 6th 2024. This is just sad. No matter what the guys at ggg and the fan base says, it’s just sad. I never played Poe 1 and I wanted to support a small company and I even bought a second supporter version for my Plattform - but still no answer, no response from ggg at all. I will contact PayPal after the holidays and ask for help. It’s not only about the money, it’s the attitude that bothers me.

Contacted originally on the 13 dec regarding the king of faridun pack, purchased on playstation store, but it was credited to my steam sub account, the mtx and cosmetics were given to the steam sub account, when i intended for it to be given to my psn account, but funnily enough the twitch drops were given to my psn account?
-> Sent several emails over the coming days as i wanted to use my 1000 coins on the stash tab sale, still, radio silence from them -> Tried reaching out via messages on the path of exile site, still nothing Really hope everyone , including myself gets responded to soon as soon as possible. currently right now i’m not playing if i am unable to access content on the intended account i purchased it on. Understandably i probably Shouldn’t of contacted several times but it is $100 of mtx and cosmetics |

Stop trying to resolve shit email by email, it's evident that thia is something that gone wrong on YOUR side GGG, and start restoring our access, u can bet you're ass that everyone that has played more then 2 hours "didn't" revoke payment or anything so many players trying to cheat for a key yeah right, is there anyone there that can make any decisions? Hiring more staff really to do what? Investigate if someone cheated for a key? Total nonsense, this is solely a error on your end...
