i don't think people blame the individual support staff. it's a rough job for sure and they just work on the ticket queue as it is in the system.
it's a management problem of staffing. how do you do such a massive launch without investing in everything a million or more users entails? i hope the support staff doesn't burn out. |

" Lol --- such a +1 :) On the contrary, this is honestly 1 of the few times I've actually seen them acknowledge their Customers lol (other than Streamer Customers haha) Regardless +1, 100% -- this is like trying to flex on the # tickets yet they had like ~5+ years (since 2019?) of gamedev time to Think it through in terms of Why they even started the project in 1st place -- Lol. And of course -- Most will Never Realize they're Customers (which is/such is Life) -- what else is New -- Lol . --- Signs of Any Change? Time will tell. Lol. GL to them.
