Also, you talk about how you took your 545,000 support issues down to 75,000 and that's honestly a corporate lie; you're counting a lot of people who closed YOU; not you solving their support issue... along with probably counting support requests that have had at least one copy-pasted reply...

"Eh, you see if we just don't respond for months, the system will auto close or the user will eventually become frustrated with us and tell us to kick rocks!"

"Oh no, but what if they keep the ticket open?!"

"That's the genius behind it! Anytime we respond to them, and they reply, we just send them to dead last in queue and then we'll just ask for information they already provided when we get to their ticket in a few months again."

It looks like management is trying to detract from their own responsibilities. The "best effort" doesn't shed a good light on the support team either. Basically throwing them under the bus. It sort of implies that they are at fault. i.e. "They tried, was the best (effort) they could do... but were simply not good enough for the task at hand".

Typical corpo HR phrasing. And not in a good sense at all.

Not a single mention of the management and their obviously lackluster and archaically enforced, impractical processes. With proper processes, automation and practical/mutual work culture even those excessive volumes would be way less of an issue than they currently are: Even without expanding the support team. (Which is obviously required nevertheless)

Let me ask you one question: Who has the practical means and absolute responsibility to improve, adapt or change things for more efficiency. Or to address obvious issues and inefficiencies? Is it your support team employee overworked and working hard at the front. Or maybe still, management with actual executive means to communicate, evaluate and implement.

This is better than nothing. But seems to fall in line with the other impressions left for players and customers.


They lost me when they made it seem they resolved 500,000 tickets meanwhile the whole forum is flooded with similar issues for 6+ weeks and the only replies are a copy and paste (if you even got a reply)

This support system they have in place is atrocious or possibly non existent.

You have people who bought supporter packs with $.
1) locked accounts
2) hacked accounts
3) missing coins
4) coins sent to wrong accounts

I created my support ticket in December and got a reply from you where your support agent asked for information that I thought I had already provided in my first email. My (latest) reply to that email was January 8th - yeah, I sent another email since there is not way of knowing if my ticket is still live.

Regardless, if that email of mine the January of 8th means that my ticket is one of the 75000 tickets left that means that 86% of all tickets were created before January 8th. That seems strange.

i dont think we costumer support or not that much...540 000email of i cant play
or i want a refund is not what i call something you should care lol.. like you got 2 game 1 working fine d other is need ALOT of work... bt you still fu* off for a month no question ask...taking some beach time... and i cant even find t5 map got 50000t1 i ahev to go back to t1 try to get MORE t2 and try to get t3 AGAIN tryt o find more t4...... andBORING i stop playing...good job on the custumer support...
I know the struggle and well, idk man im on suport mails since november and they are a broken jukebox of asking the same question, to be fair my issue is quite specific, and in all this time i managed to figure out how it happened (In short, i bought 2 big core packs at difrent times, i got one, the other one was lost in the limbo because i loged in after the account merges, i tested by buying other packs and they work, but that big supporter pack wont ever arrive yet i have already paid for it).

The thing is, usually they tend to take serious stuff like that regarding money being spent and things not geting into the acc, but man, this isnt about waiting, is for sure knowing the support wont have the tools to deal with stuff like this and they will just try to pass each other tickets by asking the same question again and again.

Its kinda late to rework how their support system works, so they have to stick to this obsolete mail system.

I even had to draw to them the time lines with the recipts to make it easier to understand with green and red outliners depicting OH OH THIS WENT WRONG.

I hope they pay more atention to issues like this.
