I'm really disappointed in WHY Homogenising Exaltation was removed

You are either very stupid or intentionally trolling to be annoying. The video you linked about crafting +3 proj amulets does not use homogen omens to do it, because +3 proj and spirit HAVE NO TAGS, and homogen omens ENTIRELY OPERATE ON TAGS. What do you not understand about this?

Anyone who actually crafted this league would already know this and would not make a stupid blanket statement saying all +3 amulets were cheap and easy to make, because they would know +3 to projectile skills didn't have a tag and those amulets weren't cheap.

And that's the entire point. When you don't have something like homogen omens, determinism completely goes out the window and accessibility to crafting becomes terrible. It reverts to stupid slot machine gambling with chaos spamming. Yes, you have fracturing orbs and chaos spamming and whittling, but those things are not accessible. You have to deal with way more RNG, and it becomes way more expensive, which severely limits who can participate in crafting in the game. 0.3 was a major step in the right direction that allowed a much larger percentage of the playerbase to engage with and enjoy crafting. 0.4 is going to be a massive step backwards that will basically completely ruin the progress they made with it.

With homogenising omens. You just could complete items with every mod you wanted. Regardless of tier or not and it would be cheap.


Especially amulets and rings. With catalysing you just had perfect items. Perfect +3 amulets were stupid cheap all league. Tri damage rings all stupid cheap.



Its something that clearly was broken and needed removed. And thankfully it was.

I played 2 months of 0.3 every day as SSF and never got a single homo so this is pretty irrelevant for me. Perfect gear is also highly irrelevant for completing all content so if you want to needlessly minmax, I think you should pay out the booty for it. There is definitely some insecurity among trade league players who think they are underleveled or undergeared for the content they are facing. You see them ask for carries constantly and waste currency on stuff they don't even need because it removes any need to pay attention to what's on screen. I saw one guy complain that they couldn't even survive t6 maps even with 12k ehp. When I just hit t16 maps, I only had 4k EHP and now you see people with 400k EHP. Stop being terrible and learn to play.
I only play SSF and it is my duty as one to inform you of my status.

What does this have to do with crafting? Good for you you. Enjoy ssf. Your goal is to do the content, our to craft gear that is not rng or 10div per click

You will no longer be able to get what you want without paying 1200 divs for gear that you don't need. I believe that is the goal of this change. Slower progression (farming exponentially more) and making the players git gud (getting one-tapped to endgame bosses until they no-hit it).

how expensive homogenizing crafting can be. And its not 100% deterministic. So please GGG do not drop this technic in 0.4. Don't leave us with no options to craft. People still plays 0.3 because they enjoy crafting. With this tool people try much more builds becuase its easier to gear up. Thank you
