Why have a game where you can instantly kill everything on screen by pressing your attackbutton only once without any thoughtprocess involved whatsoever?

Why expect developers to put modifiers on every rare monster if it would be totally pointless to read them as your high dps char can oneshot-kill them anyways?

Like, why not put something like Lightning Thorns in the game? I would imagine this to work like: deal a flat amount of lightning damage to an attacker for every hit to the attacker...

Seriously, if reflect is responsible for the most deaths in Hardcore that leads me to believe people do not anticipate it and don´t build their chars accordingly... but that is just my understanding. Might be I am wrong here and reflect should rather be removed instead of the players adapting to its existence... oh well.

I used to hate reflect as a LA Ranger, especially since Lioneye's Glare always hits, and therefore always hits on reflection as well. It did not kill me, but I had to watch both my DPS and my life.

Then I bought a Voltaxic Rift.......and chaos damage does not reflect. Now only Lightning Thorns is really dangerous and that can be countered by taking out Chain for that particular map, so I could upgrade the build to a critical hit build.

The release will bring new challenges to be solved. Adapt, adopt and improve.

yeah, because who the fuck can read these days?
You know guys what is the sad thing? that GGG WILL nerf reflect. I'm 100% sure about that, sadly

I've already seen a continuous nerf of reflects in D3, GGG will nerf it here too. Game is becoming easier with every patch that comes out, if you noticed it

good old thorn should be used instead and its a shame that there is no real thorn mechanic to enable builds yet
