Try to snipe one around 20/30c then craft it with fossils (pristine + scorched fossil). Quite easy to get a good one with -9 fire resist.

I'd advise to get an intelligence based helmet (to get 3/4 blue sockets).

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Yes incinerate is a blue gem and has to go in a blue socket (in your 6 linked gear, staff or armor).

You cannot change the colour of a gem.

About the enchanted helm, you can have one like this for about 40c (with a bit of luck), not perfect but good improvement :)

Excuse me, how to change glove have 2 blue and 2 red sockets. T'm use 1000 Chromatic orb but green sockets not lost.

You prob have high dex base gloves.
