Been waiting a very long time to deal with account being locked... Would love some CLARITY on ETA for a damn response at the very least.

Yeah i guess you can offer an apology when its thousands of angry customers but when its just one guy like me who you've banned for over 60 days BEFORE this mess with zero apology its totally fine.

3 years i have been dealing with a ticket about that and zero apology of any kind, just thousands of emails saying "nope" because they didn't read what i put in the first sentance.

Do better GGG and maybe do something to make things like this right instead of punishing people for YOUR MISTAKES and not just a little bit but FOR LITERAL YEARS.

despite this i still sit here praising you asking people to have faith, but honestly do you even deserve my faith? You've done nothing to make up for all of this and somehow i still give you my precious little money for what?

Edit: i don't care about my recent tickets, I'm in line like everyone else, but your posts like this are so offensive to people like me who you have left to suffer at your own fault for much longer than these users and in times when there was no excuse for it, No apology, No compensation, Not anything but being banned for your mistakes and it gets much worse than that i just would violate the code of conduct to post GGG stamped emails here of which i have many to prove this is not only true but that this is an actual problem you need to look into and i have been emailing you asking you to do that for 3 years which you HAVE NOT DONE

The sad reality is that none of the employees at GGG actually read anything posted here unless you count the forum bots.

They do NOT care about anything said here unless the bots trigger on a word, But only that Word that triggered the bot., no one read or reads the post...

You will get zero human responses.
Its not that they don't care that accounts are locked,or that you do Not get unlock code emails.. its they DON'T know its even happening.

Bots don't read the subject and report it to who ever needs to see it. They just look for key words.
