This is the most disgusting thread I've read in a while.

You have no idea what 8* means in this league, "could easily" farm up - don't post on these forums again.

Each Uber you do now, you lose 20 exalts on a Vertex drop. If you wanted to buy a Disfavour - it will cost you 4 mirrors. Nice RMTing bro if you think you can do that as easy as pissing.

Don't think you really understood what he was saying.

But regardless, it's irrelevant. If PoE isn't the game you want it to be, don't play it. GGG make the decisions, and they want the game based on online interactions and economy. Thats the bottom line. There is no reason to be all pissy about a F2P game that isn't the way you want it. I also went through that phase. But I enjoy it for what it is now, rather than projecting my personal preferences or expectations onto it.

It's not about being forced; it's about adaptability. Your build should be something fluid, that you can adjust to the present needs. If you want to avoid all that healing, then simply make the required adjustments to your build. I can't see it being that big of deal.

It does not.

Most of the time there are alternatives that simply involving changing support gems. Multistrike/ melee splash/ chain/ GMP/ LMP/ pierce are all good options depending on the build. Now I don't know the specifics of your build, but I am sure there are steps you can take to handle the healing phase.

The play-style i am talking about is "single target specialist", it's a lot of fun to play, yet very inefficient because of current design choices, like i mentioned earlier.

There is no support gem that keepes the play-style "single target specialist" while still allowing to defeat what is in essence an AOE dps check and not just a DPS check.

Also i am fully aware of how to beat the atziri healing phase. I simply will not complete that challenge because i want to do it with "my build" and "my concept".

That is indeed, all on me and i am fine with that.

However, what i do consider to be a problem, is the ineffectiveness of a "single target specialist" within the current game-state.

There are no occasions where such a character get's an advantage over an AOE nuke specialist.

And atziri was a perfect balance/designers option to do exactly that, give those builds a purpose.

Dude, you're not helping GGG at all with this comment. How can you afford to lose 20 exalts per uber run? I've just played for 3 months and seen 6 exalts drop total. Seen 0 mirrors in a year.

Oh, that's right...you trade. Some guy gave you (for example) 120 ex for a legacy Koams in standard. And he was able to do that cause went to the RMT shop and ponied up. But you turn a blind eye and take his fake money anyways, actually believing he played 700,000 game hours himself to farm up those exalts first-hand.

Doesn't matter if OP's character is a weiner Qarl. Weiner character can pay someone to hide in a corner while someone's else's non-weiner character kills Atziri for him...so weiner character's owner can get shopping T-shirt rag award and no one will know the difference.
