No, not hard. Not even close.
In fact, the game gets a lot easier above lv95 in every case. At that point it is just smothing edges.
So no, game is not hard at higher levels. It is tedious. A slog. No fun invloved.
Their core design is a huge chunk of that problem.
And they keep basically an itemslot away from you. Just because. It is one thing to be a better/dedicated player. But who are we measuring against?
Why do we not just program bots? I mean, they can play 24/7. End of league we just compare currency earned.

How do you stop bots from max leveling? At some point, they are a bussiness. They can't just do away with it. It has to have some mechanic behind it to work the way you want it to here. So I'm confused as to why it's so bad. In addition, If you really need to be level 100 for your build to feel strong, you might just be playing the game wrong.

I think I had a strong point in my suggestion that it could have been dealt with between a combination of artifacts and gold where rog and them retrieve your corpse or something and you get some amount of that lost experience back. That way you run out of resources if you need to do it much so you know to troubleshoot your build.


So for your first point, you cant be serious that in order to stop botting, instead of simply detecting bots through software/security measures, pattern recognition, timing of clicks and chat responses, etc. they are justified in f'ing up the experience curve?

For your second point, thats what I suggested too. Even D2 had the corpse mechanic already and you could then decide if its worth retrieving or if you just have to live with it because you would die even more going back.

Again, at lv's where it matters, the game is trivialized already. It is just a mind trick they are playing on you. Humans run on evaluation by third. And they use it against you.
In reality you are playing against rmt and bots. Wake up.

Get good in what, my man? What are you even talking about. 90% of my deaths is whitemobs multiplied with maps stats, that's are killing me in a one shot + lot of deaths with unseen ground after-death effects. Yup, I am melee character. Lord, what the heck with the people.

It's meta build. Everything is fine with it. 3.7k hp, 75 allres, 60 chaos. Good damage.

I'll say this much, if you're a casual, there's no victory for you. If you're melee and you're not half of streamer tier, prepare to suffer.

75 all res is low for melee. If you're a smith, you should have 90res on top of having lots of str, maybe more than 4k life then you're doing fine. If you're not smith, maybe you didn't bother reading patch notes and chose path of suffering.

60 chaos res isn't anything to be proud of, especially if you're melee.

If you have issues with after-death effects, well sorry, pay more attention. you can't chill and play in poe2, not in its present form.

Here's the part i dont understand, how does rmt/bots affect your build or gameplay? do streamers have such issues?

I'll tell you people this, xp loss is on you, yes game is hard. but it's still on you. If you wanna play some melee build with low survivability, yes its on you. Read the patch notes, you cannot play it YOUR way.

The real issue isn't XP loss or bots or whatever else, it's build diversity, and if you can't keep up with times and use strongest builds for the patch, that's your problem. If you wanna complain, complain about builds not being balanced. Complain about inferior skills. This then is sensible.
