Rarity !! It's actually good for the game !! Change my mind !!!

Yeah I totally Agree Quantity ... is OP ... if you stack 100-150% on tablets and get 6 people another 500% for currency ... and then add a propper juiced map ... with more quantity ... it becomes out of hand quickly...

Rarrity tho... it`s a joke .. as soon as you have like 100-150 you kinda reached the cap ... you can invest up to 643% like I did and you won`t see any diffrence !!

All you're really saying with this is that it's basically mandatory at endgame to have at least 150 and only party play will benefit from anything over that... in an environment where party play is already highly rewarded.

There's just no upside to 98% of the playerbase to having the game balanced around MF being a thing, and if it stays it should have a lower point of diminishing returns as well as no impact on currency.

It should be at best a mech based around fishing for T0 uniques. Not just something that makes all drops better no matter what content you're running.
Solution:

Make Rarity the one stat you can bench-craft on any gear (that supports it).


This way in campaign you are incentivized to craft open affixes as rarity to boost your drops. This would communicate the value of this stat to new players early on so they have a way to 'solve' their bad rng by turning their trash gear into psuedo MF gear.

That or remove rarity from affixes and put them on runes only (with replaceable runes). Might have to nerf the Maxlotal shield with this solution (probably will have to anyways).

it`s not mandatory ... it`s good to have like 100 - 150 .. you get better drops ... but mandatory hell no ... you could invest in a build with good clear speed and get more than an build with 150% and bad clear ...
it`s a matter of choice ...
obviously if you then have to much currency, which clearly you will never have because you want to be right and you see trough the lense of a horse ... so people like you are disregarded from society in general or used as a buffon (someone to laugh at) i`m not doing that i`m just saying what society does with people like you mabye it will help you improve ... then you can invest that currency in rarrity because there is not really anything to do with currency once you have items with 45% + reists and max life and max mana ... so you could then invest in rarrity ... because there is no more damage / survivability to add on your build ...

for the 98% of the people it would be beneficial to have rarrity because they could get their upgrades faster or to have excelent clear speed I do think clear speed is better than rarrity... you chose what you like for yoursel!!

Waw this is even better ideea but you would still need to hard cap it because some builds can use more than others ... and you would have the cry babies that belive you are breaking the trade in ssf >:)

Your reply exposes such a deep ignorance that I don't even want to fully engage with it.

You are fundamentally missing that the game is balanced with rarity in mind. The entire game can be balanced better without it if it was removed entirely or retargeted.

You also seem upset and have started calling me names in broken english or something. No need to get upset just because I predicted the argument you would make and you weren't able to come up with another one.

You're still basically saying "I like it, so it's ok" and then putting up stupid strawman arguments that ignore the bigger picture.

I agree. There have already been tests performed with 0, 100, 200, 300+ rarity... once you get to 100-125 rarity the returns significantly decrease. Thats literally obtainable with 2 items. Next people will cry that they are forced into resistance on gear lol.

You're surprised people are talking about rarity in a thread about rarity....
It's part of the game that people are giving feedback on. Doesn't make it the biggest issue or the only issue.
